As parents, often we are busy (understatement!!). It’s sometimes difficult to have quick snacks for the kids that are also good for them.
Enter frozen foods!
Some of my kids absolute favorite go-to snacks are frozen mango, frozen blueberries, frozen grapes, and frozen peas.
Hey, don’t knock it till you try it! :)
I have super sensitive teeth, so I’m not a big fan of most of those, but the peas, I can handle.
I also freeze the organic yogurt tubes by either Horizon or Stonyfield. The kids love them frozen. Plus, when I pack their lunches for their homeschool enrichment school, I can put one in their lunch and by the time they go to eat it, it is still cold and mostly frozen.
Do you have any yummy frozen go to snacks? I would love more ideas. :)
