I totally understand that. I think I remember our 10 year old doing that when she was younger. We found that feeding her something right before bed did the trick. Apparently the poor girl was hungry! :) I don’t know if that will help you, but I hope so! Good luck mama!
That is always a hard time and I feel for you. We’ve all been there! I think the way you get through that is to remember it is just a phase and they will eventually sleep for longer periods. When mine would wake up, I would feed them or cuddle them back to sleep. It did help that mine were in our bed with us, so it was just a matter of reaching over to comfort them. There wasn’t a lot of crying, because we were right there. Again, I think just cuddles and making sure they know you are there for them is key. It’s such a big world and they are so tiny. I’m sure it can be overwhelming at times for them.

I agree but how so you get your kids to sleep with they wake up every 2 hours?

amen! i am absolutely horrified by this ‘baby training’ concept! in whose world can this be a good thing? certainly not mine!
