Top 10 Most Popular Posts from 2012

January 9, 2013 by Nicole @ Some Call It Natural 5 Comments

I know we are already over a week into 2013, but I thought I would still share with you all the top 10 most popular posts from the blog in 2012.

These were all picked by you, by your clicks. These are the posts that were read the most last year.

10. Asian Salad Dressing with Carrots

I have to say, I’m pretty happy this one made the list.  I love this dressing! :)

9. Cry It Out Ecard

This is an ecard I made about letting babies cry it out… worth a peek if you haven’t seen it yet.

8. Alfredo Sauce Recipe

If you like alfredo sauce, this recipe is a must have in your recipe card box! Most (if not all) jarred alfredo sauce is filled with all kinds of junk and fillers. This is a from-scratch alfredo sauce recipe. That doesn’t mean it is “healthy”, it just means you are using all real ingredients when indulging in the yumminess. :)

7. When is a Baby a Baby?

Warning: This one is a bit more controversial than most of my posts… okay all of my posts. It was one that I had to write though. I’m happy to see people liked it.

6. Stuffed Green Peppers with No Rice

This is one that a lot of people get to by way of a search online. Apparently a lot of people are looking for a stuffed green pepper recipe that doesn’t use rice. I’m telling you… this recipe is awesome! One of our faves!

5. Rubber Band Around Jar Lids

I figured out this idea one day when I couldn’t find the little rubber (or whatever it is) jar opener thingy.

4. How to Paint a Witch Face

This is one for you to put in your back pocket (AKA Pinterest or Bookmark) to save for Halloween next year.

3. Ideas to Make Life Easier

Disclaimer: the ideas on this post are not my own, but are very clever! I highly recommend you check it out!

2. New Use for Small Hand Sanitizer Bottles

In this post, I share what I do with those little hand sanitizer bottles that you can clip on a purse, backpack or belt loop. Since we don’t use hand sanitizer at all, I had to come up with some other use for them so they wouldn’t just go in the trash every time someone gave one to one of my kids!

And, the number one clicked on post of 2012 was…

1. A Healthier You in 4 Weeks Part One

Not surprising, since everyone is so eager to follow their new year’s resolutions to be healthier! Ironically, though, the second post, A healthier You in 4 Weeks Part Two, was not clicked on nearly as much. In fact, as you can see, it didn’t even make it in the top ten. So… either my ideas in the first post were not well received… OR people had already forgotten about their resolutions. Either way, not good!

If you missed seeing any of these, of course feel free to check them out now! If you like them, please pin some of the pictures and or share them on Facebook so that others can see them too!

Thank you so much for hanging out with me last year and I hope you will continue to do so in 2013!

What was your favorite post of mine from last year? What kinds of posts would you like to see more of on Some Call It Natural?
