This is one of those things that some will not want to eat because it isn’t “healthy”. I suppose that’s sort of true, BUT I would rather indulge in this than a meal out!
AND, I guarantee you will like it! It is simply wonderful!
For the ingredients, it is very dependent on how many people will be eating… The following ingredients are for 5 chicken breasts. If you are making less or more, obviously you will need to change up the amounts. It’s very adaptable.
- 1 stick of butter
- 10-15 cloves of garlic (sliced or chopped)
- 5 chicken breasts
Melt your butter in a pan with the garlic. Let it cook just a few minutes.
As you can see, the garlic will pretty much cover the bottom of the pan. Next, just put your chicken in the pan to begin cooking.
When you feel the chicken is cooked pretty well on the bottom, flip them over. Now, this part can get a little hard, but when you are flipping it over, spoon some butter and garlic on top of it so that it is completely surrounded in the yumminess!
Cook the chicken all the way through (use a meat thermometer to ensure you are cooking it to the correct temperature) and then you are done!
When you serve it onto your plate, spoon a little bit of the butter mixture onto the top of the chicken breast. The more garlic, the better! At least that’s what I think…
It’s not the prettiest chicken in the world, but I assure you, it is scrumptious! Serve with your choice of sides.
