It’s so easy to make the perfect parfait that I just have to share it with you!
First, put your favorite yogurt at the bottom of your glass or bowl.
Then, add in granola.
Lastly, your favorite fruit.
Make the parfait your own
This is where you get to make it the perfect parfait for YOU.
The possibilities are endless. You can add just one kind of fruit or you can mix more than one. They can be frozen or fresh.
A few ideas for you:
- Bananas
- Mango
- Blueberries
- Pomegranate
- Strawberries
- Pineapple
- Cantaloupe
A few extra ideas
For a little extra nutrition to your parfait, you can add in a couple of other things.
- Chia seeds
- Flax seeds
- Almonds
- Walnuts
And, seriously, add whatever else you feel will taste good. Play around with it. You can start out simple with just some vanilla yogurt, granola, and bananas. Then, as you get comfortable making parfaits, you can can add different things!
